At PURPLE BRAND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury denim purchase. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all branded hangtags and luxury packaging are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
